Sugar Craving Tonic

Ingredients:

  • Zest and Juice of 1 Whole Lemon or Lime

  • 32oz. Filtered Water

  • ½-1 tsp. Glutamine Powder

  • 1-2T. Chia Seeds

  • Dash of Stevia

Steps:

  1. Add all ingredients to a pitcher and stir gently
