Greens Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1-4 C. Filtered Water (add more water to thin out)

  • 1 Organic Apple

  • 4-5 Chunks Organic Frozen Pineapple or Fresh

  • 2 Organic Celery Stalks

  • ½-1 Cucumber (peel if not organic)

  • 1 Inch Chunk Fresh Ginger

  • Big Handful of Organic Dark Greens - Spinach or Baby Kale

  • Tiny Handful (¼ cup) of Cilantro, Basil or Mint

Blend to your consistency, pour over ice and enjoy!
