Silent Thursday is a FREE offering for everyone. Join me, any or every Thursday in December 10am-10:30am. Put down all of the "doing" and give your body, mind and soul the medicine it needs. You will spend 20 minutes in contemplative sit (silent prayer/meditation) and a few minutes to open and close our time together. No experience necessary, come as you are.
This is a weekly offering. Mats, bolsters, blankets and chairs are provided or feel free to bring your own.
Wellspring is located downtown Le Mars above Awaken Yoga Studio. Park in the rear of the building and enter the back door of Wellspring. The public lot behind the building is off of Plymouth St/Hwy 3. Turn by Ideal Cleaners.
